It sounds like the answer is to block these housing projects at the city council or county commission level. Passing ordinances banning corporations from owning single-family homes except in cases of foreclosure might also be an answer if state and federal law allow.

And you can't ban apartments or have minimum lot size requirements without giving up actual necessary infrastructure funding? Double yikes!

What efforts or initiatives, if any, are underway to stop this?
