I know the FCC has typically had a "anything goes so long as it's legally protected speech" policy re: content on subscription channels and only cares about indecent content (protected speech that most people consider gross) on free-to-air broadcasts, but I even wondered how it would impact, say, Alex Jones if the FCC were to take away his or his flagship station's broadcast license.
