Context: Race-baiting in this context means teaching that you're racist just because of how you were born or that the country is inherently racist and not just the facts about historic race relations.
While watching Greg Kelly, I see something about "antisemitic leaflets" being distributed across the country. The one bagged with rice just lists a bunch of Biden administration officials that are (allegedly) Jewish. Another one focuses on government health "authorities". Would the same reaction be had with with a paper listing people who are members of any other not immediately visible group?
