Why the low T: Life has been too easy for too long according to the intro sequence(?)
Or maybe something else is going on according on, but a fix might be to eat a meat-rich, grain-and-seed-free diet; avoid fluoride toothpaste; don't use scented stuff; don't use plastic dinnerware; and look into red light therapy according to Andrew McGovern.
The no plastic dinnerware and no fluoride toothpaste and no fragrances are doable even by people without means and red light therapy devices can be had if you can save up a bit, but I wonder if anyone has come up with a diet plan that meets the all whole foods, meat-rich, no seeds requirement that is doable for working-class people who can't not shop at run-of-the-mill grocery chains and don't have much (or any) space to grow their own.
I've given this a few minutes of thought. Slow cooker chicken and potatoes with a smattering of various herbs plus regular consumption of eggs and whole milk might be the ticket if you're not easily bored and/or have the skill to keep it exciting. If this diet plan (assuming it's nutritionally sound as is) does get boring, it might not be a bad thing if you have a tendency to overeat.
