The Middle East's collective plan to make the war refugees America's and Europe's problem when it sounds like Turkey would be a better ideological, if not culture fit, suggests #SilentAndNeutral might not really put America First. Is there a way to deal with the war refugees before they reach America and Europe without taking a side in the conflict? Maybe so, maybe not.
