Speaking of telling people to clean up after themselves instead of just killing more and more rats, I did some cursory research into possible solutions. My criteria: Is it small enough to fit in a small house or apartment? Is it cheap enough for the average person to be able to (eventually) afford it? Is it clean, quiet, and self-contained? Is it easy to use without overly specialized parts or training?
