India is a beautiful place, and it has over a billion people. Almost like closing the border to prevent overpopulation in your own country isn't an environmental panacea.
The real problem is border jumpers leaving trash all over the border region and careless people regardless of national origin or legal status not cleaning up after themselves throughout the country.
