Turns out some illegals are less bad than others. Still illegals, but slightly easier to sympathize with.

Mr. Vivaldi, a mayor of a Texas border town, is begging for help with the worst of these illegals. He's also calling for the state of Texas to do what they can to stop illegal immigration, e.g. finish Texas's portion of the Wall.
