To be fair, cookie dough tends to change flavor a lot when cooked. For example, raw dough that tastes alright often cooks to something teeth-hurting sweet.
But not Goya cookies. On first taste, they taste like light butter crackers. After that, they take up space in your tastebuds all their own. They go great with all the typical dessert condiments and even salsa (yes, what we gringos call salsa).
