The good thing was blocking private equity firms from speculating real estate prices into the stratosphere and claiming to care about stopping celebrity worship and video game addiction. I do wonder how it would be possible for a government to enforce limits on how long people can play video games online. Even MMOs themselves can't really stop people from making new accounts to circumvent playtime limits.
