Starting off with China's latest quantine efforts to deliver Chairman Xi a stable full of unicorns a CHICOM-19 free China, according to some info that got out. According to some around here, the (alleged) Shanghai lockdown isn't exactly what China is leading the rest of the world to believe.

Depending on whom you ask, one or more of the following is happening:

• The "city lockdown" is just a few streets/blocks/buildings for show to Chairman Xi and/or the rest of the world

• The city lockdown (and associated crises) is real, and China is doing it because China really truly cares about making and keeping China CHICOM-19 free at all costs

• The city lockdown (and associated crises) is real, and China is doing it to mask Big Big Problems and blame any and all bad things happening now and in the near future on CHICOM-19 and trying to stop it
