2020 traffic deaths spiked 10% (25% among Black Americans, 55% in June 2020) even though artificially few people were on the road? Why? Were roads especially racist that year? Did virus hysteria lead to especially reckless driving? Or maybe it was Burn Loot Murder riots and changes in how traffic laws were enforced or not enforced? I can almost predict the groups that can use this data to argue for whatever they want...
