Marjorie Taylor Greene has been SWATted several times since we last heard from her. It's been said that the SWATting incidents are being done for a form of vicarious attention. She has introduced a bill to ban some surgeries and drug prescription for minors. I'll need to read up on the bill's specifics.

If you wanted to pass a law that would make SWATting more difficult, you would have to ban the sale of personal data by private companies (except maybe for official background checks) and the unauthorized disclosure or redistribution of personal information and identifying images of persons and property. It wouldn't just be seedy little websites that would need to change, but big ones as well.
