To do list: Bake stuff (lots of stuff!), clean up house, install electric heater fireplace insert, pay off sleep debt, find a way to use up a really big bit of years-old frozen pumpkin
Just a few borrowed ideas for using up massive amounts of pumpkin puree
Original ideas: I have a few packets of Spanish flan mix powder. Maybe some pumpkin can be mixed in with the milk and sugar? I'm also baking a pumpkin... something where the pumpkin is the base and not just something used to flavor or structure another dish.
