Dr. Mark Hyman thinks the main problem with mainstream medicine treats each part of the body as an isolated system rather a "whole-body" approach.
I wonder what his definition of "ultra-processed" is, e.g. does adding one drop of soybean oil to an apple make an ultra-processed food product, for example? Is not eating all organic all the time functionally identical to eating fast food all day?
