Tara Reade here to discuss being made to pay a newspaper's legal fees for suing that newspaper for publishing her social security number after accusing Creepy Joe of being too creepy. I'm not sure what can really be done that isn't already in place to make it more difficult to bury someone in lawsuits except maybe to relax educational requirements to make it cheaper to become a lawyer in the first place and lower legal bills in the long term, e.g. allow people to get a law degree as an undergraduate major and then take the bar exam and having income- and time-based repayment programs for people who can't afford to pay legal fees after losing.
